崗位職責(zé)
1、
The ABA Therapist is a full-time staff who will work closely with clients. In this role, you need to maintain treatment records, progress reports of clients with ASD in an appropriate, timely and effective manner;
2、
regularly review progress and adjust treatment plans according to level of progress and parent goals;
3、
reinforce all concepts taught and ensure that patients understand the need for plan execution；
4、
assist in developing core ABA programs;
5、
other related work assigned by your line manager.
任職要求
1、
Degree from approved/accredited bachelor or master program in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis.
2、
Licensed/registered BCaBA, BCBA, BCBA-D;
3、
Minimum of 1-year experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services, or RBT trainings and other company in-services;
4、
Good computer skills.
